I know its been a while since I updated my blog, but I’ve been really busy, and then fell really ill after my trip in Europe.  I’m finally back on track and ready to rumble again!! This image will be used for a birthday card for my friend Marc, all the images I use I try to use one that resembles the actual person.  Yup, Marc is quite suave 🙂

Copic Tutorial #9 – Snuggle

This is the last baby card that was requested and it’s for a baby girl. I’m glad the request was not for only boy cards, gives me a little variety and work with different colors. Unfortunately these cards werent for me to give out otherwise I’ll try out yellows, greens and oranges. The usual baby blue, purple and pink can be boring sometimes…but safe!

Enjoy this last tutorial!

Copic Tutorial #6 – Penny Black: Bundle of Joy (1)

Penny Black is one of my most favorite brand next to The Greeting Farm, I was asked to make 4 1st birthday cards…yes, on top of my other orders that are pending I am quite packed for the next little while.  I’m very glad people understand that making a card isn’t simply just the putting together process, but also the time to come up with ideas.  Here is my first tutorial for Penny Black.

Copic Tutorial #5 – Paul (Roll Call: Collection 1)

This will eventually become a…yes….another birthday card. I did say that I will be quite busy the next two weeks. I can assure you the next couple of cards will be from The Greeting Farm Roll Call: Collection 1. Yes, its one of the new products that we are carrying on our online store. This collection consists of 10 stamps and 6 sentiments, so you can be sure possible the next 10 cards or so will be from this collection 🙂 This was quite fun cause I could actually start using some of the “boy” copic colors that have been idling on my desk for a while. I was starting to think I might not get a chance to use them (BV23, BV25). They’re blueish grey colors, so you can imagine its not a popular color to use with my Hello Kitty themed girly cards which I have been making lately. Nonetheless, worry no more!

P.S. If you see two rotations of me using the same color markers for the hair, its because I re-colored the hair with the same colors to do some extra blending. Typically I do that for all the hair coloring as its usually the area that involves the most coloring and colors. I actually do that with the face as well however you may already do that yourself to blend the two colors together 😉
